My contractor placed a false lien against me, what can I do?

You should set a court date and have the court make an order that removes the lien against the property. Go to the county court where the property is located, and request a court date. Show up with all of your documentation as to why the lien is false, and the judge should issue an order in your favor and the lien will be removed. You can also recover your court costs.
