So I had a lease violation about my friend jumping on and off

Customer Question

So I had a lease violation about my friend jumping on and off the balcony of a first floor apartment but it doesn't say in the lease anything about jumping off the balcony. When given the letter it quoted a part of the lease that said nothing about balconies or jumping on or off it said to not have frequent vistors.

You need to ask for a clarification of specifically what provision of the lease was allegedly violated. Ask in writing so that if there is an eviction later the letters would be evidence. B
