Dear Customer,

Stipulation for a move out date does not take away the owner (or their agent's) right of entry. So as long as the landlord (or their agent) is providing appropriate notice, and is not abusing the right to enter (i.e. not utilizing the right of entry in a clandestine effort to force the tenant to move out earlier), then they are still permitted to enter the property.
