I have a signed lease dated 7/6/2015 and then an addendum

Customer Question

I have a signed lease dated 7/6/2015 and then an addendum added to the lease dated 7/10/2015 for additional utilities. Am I obligated to honor this added addendum to my lease. All other pages of the lease are initialed by me but not this page.
Apartment lease Phoenix AZ. The old manager verbally agreed to a 6 month lease but the printed lease says "12 month lease". The new manager says the old manager denies agreeing to the 6 months instead of the 12 months. Where do I stand.

Does the signed lease address the issue of the 6 months versus the 12 months? Or, is the addendum question and the 6 month v. 12 month lease a separate question? Does the signed lease (absent the addendum) state it's a 12 month lease or a 6 month lease? Thanks.
