Customer Question

My daughter bought a mobile home from a real-estate agent a few years ago...the home sets in a park owned by the a local Indian tribe. After she paid it off she went to claim the title and the person she was paying had disappeared and so did the company. What do we have to do to get a lost title? We can prove she paid monthly payments and has a copy of the paperwork sales contract.

Welcome and thank you for your question. Just to clarify did the realtor own the mobile home or was there a seller involved? Is the mobile home affixed to the land and considered real property?
