Customer Question

I had a personal RE Contract with private parties, starting in 2006. In the reinstatement hearing, the judge required an identical contract be prepared save current dates.
I've discovered New Mexico has passed a number of new real estate laws since 2006. I've called the state real estate commission, AG, and others and it seems no one can give me an accurate accounting of these new statutes, passed within the last 10 years.
If you are not intimately aware of RE law, please avoid contacting me
