I have an affidavit of successor trustee fathers living

I have an affidavit of successor trustee for my fathers living trust. How can I transfer this into my trust and designate a successor trustee.

Under Wyoming law, would go to the bank or other person or institution that is holding the assets of your father's trust, along with the affidavit of successor trustee, and have that person or institution transfer the assets directly into your trust under the terms of succession as set forth in the trust. This is how it is done on Wyoming law.
