I am a tenant coordinator commercial real estate firm in MA.

Customer Question

Hello,
I am a tenant coordinator for a commercial real estate firm in MA. I am a non-exempt employee, although I typically work 50 hours a week I am only paid 40 hours a week, due to "unapproved overtime." However, that's besides the point. I am writing today in regards ***** ***** management agreement. The management agreement reflects my salary much higher than I am actually paid. Could you kindly shed some light on my situation.

Thank you for using JustAnswer.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. What does your agreement actually say? Does it say that you'll be paid hourly or on a salaried basis? Are you a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor?
