I've recently sold my mobile home to someone who feel he doesn't have to pay the rmains of the sale because he doesn't have possession of the deed, what can I do to get him out of the house

Can you share with me why this is the case? Do you own the home free and clear and once he pays you off, then you will transfer title? If so, what did the signed agreements state about this?
