Customer Question

Are any outside repairs the responsibility of the association and inside the responsibility of the owner. We have some units that have back porches with roofs which are permatly attached to the particular building and others that have no such porches with roofs. There are some repairs needed on the roofs on some of the back porches on a few of the units. Where not all the units have this roof would the expense be covered by the association or the owner of the unit?
Thank you,

Typically, roofs would be the responsibility of the association. What do the declaration and bylaws provide?
