I am the buyer on a signed commercial contract on a property with a retail strip center. We found out last night that the Phase 1 study is requiring a phase 2 as there was a gas station on the property in 1974. I need to have the seller sign an extension on the contact as the feasibility study period is over in 2 days.
What do I need from the seller to give me an extension?
Is there a template that I can use?
