Is it possible to have an adult children removed from deed

If they are on title by virtue of a deed that has been recorded they would need to sign a deed transferring their interests out of their names.

Can you explain how all parties on the title/deed hold title? For example are they tenants in common or joint tenants etc. When were they added?
