We purchased two lots in Oregon from an Estate Administrator

Customer Question

We purchased two lots in Oregon from an Estate Administrator appointed by the Sacramento County Superior Court here in CA. The deceased never lived in Oregon and passed away in CA. We want to transfer the title to these lots into our name. The total price paid for the lots is $3,200. What documents do we need to file in Oregon to complete the transfer?

Thank you for your question.

Did the executor provide deeds to the properties?

I see you did not get deeds. Did you get a Decree of Distribution signed by a judge? If not, why has the Executor not given you either deeds or a court order stating that you bought the properties?
