Customer Question

I signed a quit claim deed to my son so he could live in my condo and have voting rights. He is making the payments to the bank which is a equity loan. The taxes are still in my name even though he filed the quit claim deed. I think he may be wanting to move so my question is how difficult is it to get the condo back in my name etc.

Will your son cooperate or is he not wanting to convey the condo back to you?
