We are currently having a home built, but the builder keeps

Customer Question

We are currently having a home built, but the builder keeps pushing back the completion date. Unfortunately, the contract never stipulated a specific day/month, but we were told back in the 'beginning' unofficially that it would be completed in November 2015. Now the prospective date is March 2016. Is there any legal recourse?

Implied in any contract is that the parties will deal in good faith and act reasonably. Has the builder indicated a reason for the delays?
