I would like remove a persons name from my deeds,we are not married ,and when she signed the title she signed as if we were married she used my last name which is not hers what can I do.thank you.

Thank you for contacting JUST ANSWER. When a person's name is ***** ***** deed to real estate, that person is the only one who can remove it. That person must execute a deed to someone else. The marriage aspect, or non-marriage as the case may be, makes no difference.
