Customer Question

I had a lien. On my home in 2012. The bank bought back my home and paid off my lien. I have a certified letter from the bank and lien holder sign by the holder showing we are clear and free from encumbrance of deed of trust. Yet for 3 yrs they have prevented us from getting a car. Despite our good Crédit records. Can I thur court force them to clear our record.

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.

.

Are you saying that the lien is still showing up on your home as a valid lien?

.

Or was it actually released but is still showing up as a negative on your credit report?

.

Was the lien a legitimate lien when it was filed?

.

What do you mean that the bank bought back your home? Was it foreclosed on?

.

.

thanks
