Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.

.

Is the person listed on the deed as a co-owner?

.

When you say "inspection rights", do you mean the right to enter the property and any structures on it?

.

.

thanks

the person is listed as co-owner on the deed and wants to enter the property for purposes of inspection.

Ok, then they have exactly the same rights as the person living there to access the property. Co-owners have equal rights to the property and equal access rights.

.

So absent a court order stating otherwise, the non-resident owner has the legal right to enter the property at any time.
