I am a Handicapped, Traumatic Brain Injury Coma Survivor...

Customer Question

For starters, I am a Handicapped, Traumatic Brain Injury Coma Survivor...
Social security, has provided financial support, for almost 12 years
I live/operate independently... Food, Bills, Drive, Medications(Sable- my kitty cat) and Transportation Etc.
I do not work.
Finally, put it together. Suffered a Battery, at my Condos Fitness Center...
I appear, to need a Homeowners Association, Attorney, but Statute of Limitations, is CENTERPIECE?
Some Statute of Limitations(tolling) overviews, concerning this seem to show an extension is donem if suffering (mental) limitation, as well as some other Handicaps...
This battery took place, just over 2 years ago,
Does my. statute of limitations, continue, because of my DISABILITY(Social Security),
Beyond this, I have, at least a dozen more civil-wise, if I am still, in the game...
Please tell, me, Exact Civil # ***** of Limitations with (tolling specifics), if I still have lawsuit life, based on above information?
Thank you, heartedly
It is difficult to aid, a more deserving person, who is a Super Survivor...
If curious, NOT BLUSHING!
My position, I am beyond thanks...

I am sorry for this dilemma.

Are you referring to the criminal statute of limitations for your state? You mention an HOA attorney...is this a statute of limitations for an HOA rule?
