If my house go's into forclosure and at some point is sold

Customer Question

If my house go's into forclosure and at some point is sold to another invester, what are my right's as far as the new invester entering the premises? Does he/she have to wait to enter the home until after I've vacated it, or wait to enter the home until after I've been given a 30,60, or 90 day notice?

Good afternoon. Has the foreclosure taken place? If so, was title transferred to the new owner/investor?
