I live in Fl. and am interested in recording a "quic Claim"

Customer Question

I live in Fl. and am interested in recording a "quic Claim " deed under the " Lady Bird Deed" provision.
In the event of my death, I would like to have a certain person added to my home deed, without encumbering my position re: ownership while I'm alive.
I would like to be free to sell, re-mortgage, or do as I see fit with my home while I am alive, but have the home become the property of my named second party. And of course any mortgage should there be one.
My goal is to void any conflict with my children at the time of my death. Billy Graham

Yes, I had asked you if you had a specific question. That is, you made a number of statements, but did not ask a question. I can answer questions (hence the name of the site) so please let me know what your question is.

I see that you have not responded in some time. Did you have a specific question? That is, we can answer questions, but so far you have only made statements. I want to make sure that I answer your specific question, so I'm not going to make an assumption as to what I think that you're asking...
