Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105 (1943) is still good law.Connolly v. Union Sewer Pipe Co. 184 U.S. 540 (1902) as been overruled in part by Tigner v. Texas, 310 U.S. 141, 60 S.Ct. 879, 84 L.Ed. 1124, 130 A.L.R. 1321 (U.S.Tex. May 06, 1940) (NO. 635).Holland v. Shackelford 220 Ga. 104 (1964) is still good law.
