I just moved to a new apartment complex and I pacifically told leasing agent I did not want to live under young kids because of noise heavy walking what did I get lower level living under young adults also the leasing agent also lives upstairs what can I do to get out of this lease I don't want to live in the building I feel like he's watching me im 63yrs old had open heart surgery last year in june what other resourses do I have for this problem fern
