A real estate agent agent conspired with my ex-wife to divert

Customer Question

A real estate agent agent conspired with my ex-wife to divert my bank mail to his home to prevent me from receiving delinquency notices that would disclose a deliberate mortgage default created to force a foreclosure sale of my home.
His real estate company has attempted to sell my home without my knowledge or permission on three separate occasions. The California Board of Real Estate interceded to have the MLS listing pulled on the first occasion.

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be glad to help you.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.
Unfortunately, this type of cases generally, do not allow to pursue a claim for pain and suffering, but if there was intentional fraud involved then the plaintiff / victim can file lawsuit and seek punitive damages based on intentional tort such as fraud.
I wish you the best of luck!
