Yes, once in 2011 and again on March of 2015.

If the property has already sold, then there's not much you can do because the transaction has completed.....and since Texas has no right of redemption....once the sale occurs, the borrower is not able to reverse the sale.
The only thing you could do at this point is reach out to the current owner and try to I just it back.
