I have a small business in Pennsylvania and have lost my lease the landlord has served papers to be out by Monday. The current months rent is all that is due , can he lock me out of the building and take ownership of equipment? Do I have any rights?

Unless you pay the rent, yes, he can do a lock out. (Commercial leases are different from residential leases). But paying your rent now will stop this process.You will still need to vacate the unit as your landlord has terminated your lease, but as long as you are paid up, he cannot use "self help" measures.
