There is an easement along my property, but it does not show

There is an easement along my property, but it does not show up on the survey. Does it belong to me?

Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'm a Real Estate litigation attorney. Thanks for your question. I'll be glad to assist.
The easement doesn't have to be on your deed in order to be enforceable against your property. If the easement is recorded in the land records, it is binding.
If the easement has been abandoned, you could file a lawsuit to cancel it.....but if it is in use, it should still be enforceable.
