My wife moved out one week ago.the condo is in her name and I am being pressured to vacate immediately. I have lived here over 6years, am 67 years old and on fixed social security income.

The property was purchased before our marriage. Not as yet.

Ok, even if the property was purchased before the marriage, you would still have a marital interest in it simply because you are married. With that said, she couldn't force you out of the residence unless she were to get an order from the court awarding her possession of the property. And to do that, she would have to file for divorce and make the motion for possession.

So the answer to your question is no, she can't force you to move out without a court order.
