WHAT obligation do I as a seller to repair broken seals on porch windows?
Thanks for the chance to help. I am an attorney with over 12 years experience. Hopefully I can help you with your legal question.

Prior to the sale? Or post sale?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

contract to purchase signed-post home inspection

Post inspection? It is done...the seller had the chance to identify issues...once the inspection is complete, they waive issues not identified.

So unless your listing addressed this (for example, if you listed this "new seals on porch windows"), there is no obligation as the seller to address this.
