hello again, i forgot, though we had the case management conference, the magistrates order on it is called the calendar schedule. SHould I motion to modify the calendar schedule, or the case management schedule? thanks
Hi -

You should track the language to mirror the title of the schedule - these documents could have a few different names - case management order, scheduling order, calendar scheduling order, etc.

As long as you mirror the title of the order the court has previously entered, you should be fine.
