I have a property in Florida which has long term renters in who are about to leave. I have no way of paying the mortgage without the property being let. If I hand back the keys to the mortgage company will this prevent me from being able to visit America in the future?

Hi JACustomer,If you give the keys to the lender (this is called a "deed-in-lieu of foreclosure", that will not affect your ability to visit the United States in the future.I think this is what you wanted to know. If not, please let me know.Thank you.
