Can I evict my ex-wife from my house in PA Nothing has been

Resolved Question:

Can I evict my ex-wife from my house in PA? Nothing has been done yet because the divorce will not be final for about three more weeks. She keeps saying she will move out but then delays the move.

Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Real Estate litigation attorney here to assist you.

I assume you were awarded the house in the divorce. If this is the case, you will have the right to evict her once the divorce is final - but not before. Until the divorce order is entered and final, your spouse has just as much right to the property as you do.
