Please explain what is going on here?

Is the rent current? If not, how many months behind are they?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No the rent is not current. Owes partial amount for December and January and this Tues will owe more. She is a single mother with 2 young children and is talking about re-enlisting in the service. Her mother also lives in our house and if she re-enlists then the mother will be caring for the children. So at that point then it will be Gramma who would have the kids. Are we going to have a real problem here? Can we evict her with her having young children, what about if she re-enlists and what if gramma has the kids and then she stops paying?
