I live in California. My house was foreclosed on. It was auctioned

Resolved Question:

I live in California. My house was foreclosed on. It was auctioned back to my lender. I received a 3 day notice to quit. Do I really have 3 days? What happened to the 30 or 60 day notice? I just got out of the hospital today can this delay the 3 day eviction?

If you're not out in three days, the lender would have to file an eviction against you. This would take about 30 days before your case would come to court.
