Could explain a little bit?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
We have no lease with the person and we want them out. We gave a 60 day notice 30 days ago. Called today and they said they are not moving in 30 days.

Was the notice that you gave a verbal or written notice?

I am having so much problem currently with the my computer. If you do not mind, I will get back to you later this evening or if you need immediate assist I can opt out and let someone else assist you.

If you want me to continue to assist, I just need one more information--again because of the problem that I am currently having I am asking my questions in increments. Sorry for the inconvenience:

What is the reason for evicting this tenant?
