I am engaged, have one child of my own and my fiance ...

I am engaged, have one child of my own and my fiance has 3 that I support. We are loosing our house and my income tax return would prevent this. My ex is owed back support and though I make payments towards this they will still take my return. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
