Answer

Giardia is often picked up from open water sources. In your yard area it can be treated with 1 part bleach to 30 parts water without hurting any grass.
You can read about giardia here

Coccidia is harder to get rid of. It to can be picked up in water but also from other dogs' stools.
Usually with coccidia you treat until the dog's own immune system finally manages to overcome the infection. All you do is lower the symptoms by lowering the protozoan population in the intestinal tract.

Many people use Albon to treat for both of these. I usually end up using metronidazole (Flagyl) plus a bland diet.
I would suggest trying boiled chicken meat or hamburger with the fat drained off, mixed with really well cooked rice in a ratio of 1/3 meat to 2/3 rice to see if that works. It’s not a balanced diet but OK to use for a few meals while working on controlling digestive upset.
You can add plain Pedialyte to the water bowl to help with hydration too.
Hope this helps you!
