Sounds like she may have intestinal parasite issues. Sometimes a pup's immune system will be handling a coccidia infection OK on its own and then the shots will impact the immune system just enough that the coccidia breaks out into full infection. But it might also be from worms or giardia.
I'd bring a fresh stool sample to the vet tomorrow to be checked.
For today you can try some bland food to see if that helps slow down the irritation.
You can see if some plain pedialyte added to her water bowl will help her stay hydrated.
For bland food I would suggest trying boiled chicken meat or hamburger with the fat drained off, mixed with really well cooked rice in a ratio of 1/3 meat to 2/3 rice to see if that works. It's not a balanced diet but OK to use for a few meals while working on controlling digestive upset.
If she was lethargic or vomiting blood I'd be worried about a viral infection but as she seems OK and its just icky stool then parasites are a pretty likely issue.
Hope this helps you!
