According to XE.com the current value of the Iraqi Dinar is 1459.35/$

This article cites the Wall Street Journal as pegging the Iraqi Dinar as being worth 4000/$ when the invasion/war began on 4/9/03.  Interestingly, the Dinar actually rose in value to 1800/$ only two weeks later.

The third part of your question is impossible to answer (at least, as now phrased) because you have not defined what you mean by 'when Iraq stabilizes'.

Even if you were to set some benchmarks, which (when and if met) would indicate Iraq's stabilization -- predicting when these events would simultaniously take place (let alone, what the Dinar/$ value will be on that star-crossed day) is impossible to predict with any certainty.

For that matter,  since it displayes the image of Saddam, I doubt that the pre-war Dinar will even be legal currency in post-war Iraq.

Good Luck!
