My 35" Toshiba TV''s picture is only 3/4 of the length. Starts at the top, goes down 1/2 to 3/4 of the way and evrything at the 3/4 point is scrunched, the rest is black and the picture is okay, just short

I'm not a boob, I understood most of what you had to say for the last couple of years, I just wanted to know if there was a way to easily repair my tv...........I went to the Toshiba Help line, found out, it's fixed, your information wasn't worth diddly
