Hi,
You have two filters that need to be checked and possibly replaced, If that does not solve your problem then you may have a weak blower motor. Here is the info on those filters.
Replacing Microfilter For Heater

• Pull off rubber part and pry out grill.
• 
• Remove screws from cable channel.

• Remove screws on right-hand side and take off holder.
• 
• Remove screw on left side and pull out air collector in upwards direction.

NOTE: Air collector will be difficult to pull out.

• Unclip microfilters at left and right sides and lift them out.

NOTE : On M50 engines the filters must be squeezed together while removing.

Replacing Micro-filter For Integrated Heater/Air-Conditioning System

• Remove glove box.
• Remove RH lower trim panel.
• 
• Unclip air duct for the footwell and lift it out.
• 
• Remove screws and tilt the control unit holder in downwards direction.
• 
• Turn lock about 45° and remove cover.
• 
• Pull micro-filter out.
• Install in reverse order.
