Hello XXXXXXXX,
Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer.
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
What is the model number of the TV?
How long have you owned the TV?Thank you again for trusting us with your problem.
Please reply as soon as possible so that we can finish answering your question.
Yes, I am sorry there is a delay in getting the replies. Without the model number I can only provide you general information. If you can go into menu and there is a selection entitled convergence, you may get the problem solved here. Normally this problem is caused by a failed convergence IC. These normally fail due to other parts failing. This is not normally a DIY repair since it requires test equipment and the knowledge how to use it. MOst likely the convergence ICs are the problem, but other parts that fail can cause these ICs to go bad. Replacing the IC only will not normally fix the TV. Replacing parts that do you are not positive that are defective will get very expensive. I would recommend that you call your local TV repair ship to have the TV diagnosed and repaired.
