Dear XXXXXXX,

Unless your lease has an escape clause that allows you to early terminate, you have to terminate in accordance with the terms of the lease.

This is why, most companies, pay renters a relocation allowance that includes "lease termination benefit". Typically it takes 3 months rent to cancel a lease .
