Question

My mother left me with a drug dealing family to raise me in 1985. 2 to 3 months later and my start using cocaine on daily basis with father at age 13 he & I started a relationship.Lliving with his wife & kids was not very easy for him to do his thing, so he got me an apartment. There began our 7 year journey of me getting beat up, molested, thank god not addicted to the daily snorting of cocaine. I have not had any contact with any of family since and due to my professional knowledge of molesters, I feel his family members or even more drug addicted innocent daughters around at wrong time in their lives could be in danger, or even a younger family member. I SEEK JUSTICE! I left not long after my 18th b-day. He would not have destroyed all my school years and life then, had I been of age. Back then there were not the resources now available. I was allowed to drop out of school at age 14 with no phone call, no question and no concerns! Please Help!!!!!!

Under Texas laws, there is no statute on limitations on "continuous sexual abuse of young child or children under Section 21.02, Penal Code" or "indecency with a child under Section 21.11, Penal Code". Source: Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 12, Art. 12.01 (1) (D) and (E):

http://tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/docs/CR/content/htm/cr.001.00.000012.00.htm#12.01.00

Continuous sexual abuse of young child or children is defined, under Section 21.02, Penal Code, as "during a period that is 30 or more days in duration, the person commits two or more acts of sexual abuse" when the child is under 14 and the person is 17 or older.

Indecency with a child is defined, under Section 21.11, Penal Code, as engaging in sexual contact with a child younger than 17 years.

Call the police where you used to live, and report this crime.
