Continuous sexual abuse of young child or children is defined, under Section 21.02, Penal Code, as "during a period that is 30 or more days in duration, the person commits two or more acts of sexual abuse" when the child is under 14 and the person is 17 or older.
Indecency with a child is defined, under Section 21.11, Penal Code, as engaging in sexual contact with a child younger than 17 years.
