I can't stop my 1 1/2 and 2 year old maltese dog not to urininate on the floor. They also poop. I've tried the crate with no help. I mate the so they are not fixed. Their puppy is with our mother who has a lot of accidents also. I go through gallons of cleaners and the go pee in different spots
