In the matter of filing a petition for more child support, the only matter that is to be discussed, the judge tries to grant a divorce to the couple after already divorced for 3 years. The judge has not even reviewed the petition and he brings up other matters that was not even asked about. T he petition was filed by the ex wife and paid for by her, but the judge refuses to allow her to talk by telling her to remain quiet. Is this wrong on the judge's part?
