Question

i have several ford box trucks with tritian dsl. to date we have replaced nearly every injectors. is there a published defect on these or am i just lucky

Local Ford dealer has replaced the injectors several times as well as the supply pump.

Explain to me what the vehicle is used for?

Does the truck idle alot?

Do you change the oil by the hour meter or by the mileage?

What brand oil do you use?

At time in the morning to warm up
Oil is changed by miles
Oil used is what ever the Ford dealer uses

Your not lucky or unfortunate. Every body has 6.0 failure injectors. Most failures are caused by incorrect brand oil and overextended oil change intervals or by to much idleing. There is not much else you can do since you are doing everything already correct. One other possible problem is the new fuel does not have very much lubricity. you may want to add a 1/2 qt of low weight motor oil or transmission fluid to each tank.
