Question

hello, my name is larry, there is a person that has a cctv type of camera on his garage accross the street from my house. this camera, has been pointing at my front porch, and living room window for about the last 45 days or so now. i have asked him to point it else where, however, i was jsut recently arested for harrasment, after i asked him more then enough times to move it, i moved it myself. i did not damage it at all, just moved it a bit.. i was told by a mutual friend, that he is recording me though my living room window. and has seen my son (5 year old) nude, after he had received a shower. i have contacted the police several times, they are just telling me that there is nothinf that they can do about it. what can i do about this legally?? i live in the allegheny county side of pa, my zipcode is 15065.
