Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer. Crews recovered the body of 32 year old Joe Shephard, wednesday afternoon near a community college campus in Bell County. Shephard was working with D & H Construction out of London. Officials say Joe Shephard was working down in the trench when mud fell in around him. More information can be found by clicking here.
