Question
My father died 10 years ago, his estate was insolvent until one year ago when the funds of another estate was awarded to his estate. Do the creditors who filed during the 4 month publication of "Notice to Creditors" still have a claim against the estate or is there a Statute of Limitations on these claims?

Answer
If they filed during the 4 month period then they preserved their claim to any future funding to the estate. If they failed to file than they are out of luck.
